Ahh!! Sitting in office from 830 – 6 everyday from Monday to Friday is having its effect on me!

Slowly… but surely… I’m getting…. F A T! FAT! AHHHH!!! All the symptoms are showing, tummy appearing, flabby arms, bigger thighs.. OH NO! Googled tips on losing weight in office. Haa. Found this article. =D

Get up in the morning: dilute brine Before breakfast, you drink a large glass of dilute brine to help intestine peristalsis. You’ll certainly not worry about belly fat.

Work in the morning: lemonade – Citric acid can help gastrointestinal detoxification and accelerate metabolism. The smell of lemon can also ease the nerves and improve your work efficiency. It can be said that you kill two birds with one stone.

Before lunch: warm water – Drink warm water before lunch. First, it can fill belly and reduce diet; second, supply body with moisture and speed up metabolism.

Haa. Pretty interesting right? Kel says it so not feasible and ZQ says I gotta bring 5 bottles of liquid everyday. Lol. In an effort to lose weight, I drank alot of water today!!! I finished 550ml of water within 2 hours! AMAZING RIGHT?! =P Meanwhile, gonna invest in a tennis racket and play with Kel weekly! Whee.. sounds fun. But gotta give it a try before really buying one. From what I remember, it’s really heavy and tiring. Hopefully Kel will be able to motivate me. Buahahaha. =D
